All work is rooted in a Racial Equity mindset and all data is analyzed through a Racial Equity Lens. In order to move the needle towards all students succeeding in school, we need to infuse Racial Equity work and Culturally Responsive Teaching in to every Professional Development and teacher support that we provide to ensure that all students, particularly historically disadvantaged students, have access to a world-class education.
